Mold can appear in a number of areas throughout your home—your shower, within your ductwork, and even in closets or other cool and dark spaces throughout your living space.

Why a Mold Assessment is Absolutely Worth It

Mold is not always immediately visible, nor does it always pose a health risk right away. As such, if you suspect you may have a mold problem—however small it may be—you’re likely to be tempted to ignore it for now. But doing so can only cause the problem to become worse.

One of the most important factors to consider when it comes to mold is that no form of mold is healthy. Some strains are more toxic than others, but to keep a truly healthy household, you don’t want any present. The most common cause of mold buildup is excess moisture and relative humidity levels above 60% for an extended period of time.
